from : Prescot, Lancashire, UK personal object : an optical aid I have macular degeneration and need help reading some items. I have injections in my eye to help reduce its effect. I have chosen my optical aid as it helps me see close-up items such as prices and ingredients. chosen artwork : Late Morning Bridget Riley, 1967-68 This artwork is made up of straight lines but with my eye condition (macular degeneration) the lines appear to curve. |
