personal object : a ring

This ring is very weak and tiny, but quite lovely. I got it from ‘The Market NYC’ in New York when I was there for an internship. I loved to go shopping for vintage accessories, but couldn’t actually afford anything. Even though the ring was only 12 dollars, it was still too expensive for me. The first time I saw it, I just walked away. The second time, I walked away again. The shop owner seemed to feel the same and he gave up too. Finally, on my last day in New York, my boyfriend came to see me and he bought the ring for me! That’s how my treasured ring came to me - thanks to my boyfriend!
