I rarely experience them now unless exposed to triggers (particularly horses) but carrying it gives me peace of mind and reassurance. chosen artwork : Late Morning Bridget Riley, 1967-68 I like standing in front of Late Morning, letting my eyes relax, as if looking at a ‘magic eye’ picture - allowing the picture to sink in and the yellow glow to appear. Pictures that have this effect create a feeling of relaxation, similar to the feeling of reassurance created knowing that my inhaler is in my handbag. |
