personal object : a gold ring

My wedding ring was originally purchased by my grandfather in Brooklyn, New York. It was his wedding ring for many years until my father married my mother. The ring was passed down to my father. Then in 2015 when Kiara, my wife, and I decided to get married the ring was passed down to me. It originally had bold engraved hearts but both my grandfather and father were hard workers, so the [smoothed] ring represents what they did for the family - and how it’s now my turn to take care of my wife.
